Our Story
Founded in 1993, Nantong Deli Purification Material Factory (Deli Purification) is a dedicated industrial filtration manufacturer specializing in air filter media, completely independent of the stationery brand. Our sole business is the OEM/ODM production of HAF electrostatic air filters and evaporative humidifier wick filters for global appliance, HVAC, marine, and industrial customers.
Nantong Deli Purification was established in 1993 with a singular focus: to manufacture the highest-quality air filtration products for the world's leading brands. Located in Nantong — a city in the Yangtze River Delta known as the "pearl of the ancient river," just two hours from Shanghai — our factory benefits from excellent logistics and proximity to China's manufacturing heartland.
Over three decades, we have built a vertically integrated production ecosystem covering raw material selection and testing, proprietary processing equipment, comprehensive in-house quality control laboratories, and global export logistics.
We cooperate closely with Chinese universities and authoritative research institutes through a long-term "Industry-University-Research" joint scientific research program — ensuring our filtration technology remains at the global frontier. This collaboration, combined with our in-house R&D team of 12 core engineers led by PhD-level researchers, has generated 53 authorized patents to date.
In 2005, we achieved dual certification: ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. In 2016, we received National High-Tech Enterprise certification from the Chinese government — recognizing our sustained investment in research and development.
